GAS Two options: 1. Return Vehicle with Same Amount of Fuel or Pay a Return Refueling Fee - Renters who choose to decline the Pre-Paid Fuel option are required to return the rental vehicle with the same level of fuel as was in the rental vehicle when it was rented, or a return refueling fee will be assessed to the rental agreement. To avoid a return refueling fee, the rental vehicle must be refueled within 10 miles of the return facility and the renter must present a fuel purchase receipt upon return of the rental vehicle to the return facility.

The rental agent must also call the number on the insurance policy to verify that the renter has full coverage. Domestic renters do not require proof of insurance and they may accept or decline all coverage options available. Rates are calculated based on a 24 hour clock, once this clock has gone past the 24 hour period, another day will be charged.

Proof must be provided in English and be valid for the United States and the appropriate dates of travel. Reviewed Jul 5 Vehicle had slick bald tires Cons: Reservations had incorrect dates and rates. After traveling the miles on the bald tires I contacted customer service. Was told because I declined the insurance I could drive back to the agency or buy tires and keep the receipt and return the bald tires and after they inspected the old tires I may get reimbursed. I cannot get customer service on the telephone to rectify the wrong charges.

Will not ever rent from this company nor Advantage which is owned by the same company. Finally the vehicles were dirty and had miles on them. Reviewed Sep 17 Cons: Double my price per day for extra days, no one didn't tell me about that Reviewed Apr 8 Never again! Cons: I stood in the cold for an hour waiting for my rental. When the one employee, who was scrambling to take care of everyone, finally rang me up it was 6x what I was quoted deposit on Credit card.

After I was there, the informed me that if I didn't have proof of insurance, I wouldn't have been able to take the car.

There should have been notice about this. The wait at the desk was crazy. Reviewed Apr 10 Pros: Price looked fine Cons: The class of car reserved was not available.

We waited in a 45 min line to get to the desk, then spent 15 min answering questions and signing forms, then the rep told us we had to wait 30 min for our car, even though we had prepaid for it and reserved the time.

We had been travelling with a toddler since a. He kept trying to tell me that everyone else was waiting too, as if I should be okay with the poor service, just because other people were also getting poor service.

He finally talked to a manager and got me an upgrade to an available vehicle, but then he was very rude to me. Every time, we have some issue with really long waits, whether it is waiting for a rep to show up to the desk, waiting for a shuttle for min, or standing in the line to fill out paperwork, there is always a long process that we do not experience with other rental car companies.

I have insurance through my car insurance company. It was very frustrating thinking back to all the things I luckily said no to.

Also car was good, but shaky over 40mph just a simple alignment no a big deal though. Reviewed Dec 18 Sneaky Toll Fees Cons: When we picked our car up, we were told that we would be ok without using the toll transponder they try to 'add on' for some ridiculous amount per day as long as we had plenty of change and paid all the tolls I'm sure they're making a mint off of all these 'admin fees'.
